The redLearn app that was built has 4 segments –

The first is redVerse, which is the redBus Metaverse (a virtual reality experience). The metaverse or redVerse has two segments, one representing office space with people sitting in the office; while the second part is an experimental redBus city created with moving traffic and buildings, where each building represents a redBus technology/engineering team. The buildings can be explored by entering through the main door which leads to an auditorium where the specific engineering team's architectural notes are displayed along with a Byte-sized learning sound bites module being played, providing information about what that team does and how it has been built. The redVerse office module helps people remotely explore and understand how the layout of our main engineering R&D center is designed, along with visibility of key people within the office premises. redVerse city helps people interactively experience and learn how the entire redBus ecosystem is designed from a technological point of view. Help people assimilate information quickly; better understand the important heatmaps of our complex microservices-based architecture setup with the availability of information represented in an interactive forum.

The second segment of the application encompasses a completely in-house developed assessment module, in which the competency framework designed for engineering teams and curated in-house powers testing with back-end logic based on the framework. Allows people approved by the org; select your job level and team within engineering prior to an assessment and display precise questions in line with the competency requirement for the individual; which is team specific and has 5 questions per competency covered. The back-end validated competency framework configuration has defined level functional expectations into entry-level, intermediate, and expert; therefore, the questions generated and the scoring logic were defined based on them. The level of expertise required for each level defines the number of questions that need to be answered correctly. After the test is taken, skills with low scores are flagged and an option to obtain a course is displayed for the person being evaluated. By clicking on the 'get course' option, the assessee gets a list of real-time learning courses from internet learning sites offering free and relevant learning material for the specific skills they need to develop or develop their skills. The list of courses received by the individual can also be shared with their email ID for better tracking and completion.

The third segment of the application offers an option to analyze the progress of the tests performed and observe the progress data from skill to cadFortune Tiger Online to test completed. This helps individuals embrace their learning and growth charter. This tab also provides an option for the individual to share their progress report with any senior person in order to have more meaningful career conversations.

The fourth segment is a document repository that contains detailed notes on each redBus technology platform, along with curated content and recordings that explain the architecture of each subteam. The learning platform provides accurate engineering architecture information to facilitate holistic viewing and understanding of upstream and downstream services and applications. This understanding helps in building perfect and coherent engineering solutions for the anticipated resources.
